Once you submit your request, the City will contact you at the phone number provided to approve or deny your request. If you do not answer the phone when we call, it is your responsibility to follow up with the City regarding the status of your request. ONLY CONSIDER YOUR REQUEST APPROVED UPON CONFIRMATION BY THE CITY.
