Smoke Alarm Request Form
If you are a property owner who resides within the City of Dumas, you are eligible to request a free smoke alarm for your home. Submit the form below to have your information forwarded to our Smoke Alarm Program Manager. A member of the Dumas Fire Department will contact you in the following days to confirm eligibility and schedule the smoke alarm installation. Members of the department will install and test a smoke alarm in your home at no cost to you. We will also be more than happy to test any existing smoke alarms and change batteries while supplies are available.
