Online Bill PayPay your bill online safely and securely.  Payments are posted immediately to your account.  After you sign in for the first time you can browse this informative application for all of your billing history.  Graphs are available as well.  If you haven't signed up yet, do it now.  Here's how.... 

Bank Draft is the easy way to pay!  If you aren't interested in paying your bill on line we also have the bank draft option available.  What is great about this option is your account is automatically drafted on the due date so you don't ever have to worry late payment penalties again.  If you are interested in this option, fill out this bank draft form and drop it by the Utility Department.

CAP – CITIZENS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - The Citizens Assistance Program is designed to assist low-income elderly during the winter months with their gas utility bills. Citizens who are age 62 years, or older, and have an annual income of $20,000 or less can quality for up to $68.00 a month to be paid on their gas bill during the winter months, as long as funds are available. These funds are provided strictly through donations. Utility customers can designate a donation of $1.00 or more to be added to their utility bill each month to help. All donations are welcome.  If you are in need of assistance, or if you would like to make a donation, please contact the City of Dumas Utilities at 806-935-4101 for more information.
