General Information

Dumas is located conveniently on US Highway 287-87.  It is a great place to stop on your way to Southeastern Colorado or Northern New Mexico.  We will also become your destination with the addition of our new aquatic center.  Check back often for the latest construction information.

Dumas is also the county seat of Moore County, Texas.  The estimated population of the city is 13,430 while the estimated county population is 18,168.  The surrounding communities of Sunray and Cactus are populated by 1,954 and 1,418 respectively.
